At Lockzy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your belt, here’s how it works:

🔄 Return Policy

  • Returns are completely up to the customer.

  • You may return your belt within 7 days of delivery.

  • The belt must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp (0329 4558656) or Email (lockzybelts@gmail.com) with your order number to initiate a return.

    🔄 Exchange Policy

    • If the belt has a size issue upon delivery, you can request an exchange.

    • Our rider will deliver the new belt and collect the original one at the same time.

    • The customer must pay in advance:

      • Delivery charges (Rs 300) into our Bank Account

    • Rider will look for If the belt is unused and undamaged.

    🚫 Non-Eligible Exchanges

    We cannot replace if the belt:

    • Shows signs of use or damage

    • Is missing original packaging or tags if there was any
