At Lockzy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your belt, hereās how it works:

Returns are completely up to the customer.

You may return your belt within 7 days of delivery.

The belt must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping is the customerās responsibility.

š Exchange Policy

If the belt has a size issueĀ upon delivery, you can request an exchange.

Our rider will deliver the new belt and collect the original one at the same time.

The customer must pay:

Delivery charges (Rs 400)

Full price of the new belt at the time of exchange

Once we receive the returned belt:

Our team will inspect it for damage or signs of use

If the belt is unused and undamaged, we will refund the amount of the original belt to your payment method

We cannot refund if the returned belt:

Shows signs of use or damage

Is missing original packaging or tags if there was any
