Lockzy Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Lockzy, we stand by the quality of our leather belts and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every belt comes with a 2-year warranty against peeling because we believe quality should last. Below are our policies for refunds, exchanges, and warranty coverage.


Refund Policy

We offer a hassle-free refund within 7 days of receiving your order in case the product doesn’t meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The belt must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (including tags, packaging, and no signs of wear).

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email [lockzybelts@gmail.com] or WhatsApp 0329 4558656 within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for refund.

  2. Return Approval: Our team will send you return authorization and instructions within 24–48 hours.

  3. Shipping: The belt must be sent back within 5 business days of approval using tracked shipping (return delivery is at the customer’s expense).

  4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries—Lockzy has got you covered!

Exchange Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchange Process:

  • First delivery is free.

  • For any exchange, the customer is responsible for delivery charges (both ways) which are Rs 300.

  • Exchanges follow the same return process as refunds and are subject to availability.


Warranty Policy

We offer a 2-year warranty on our full-grain leather belts against peeling.

Warranty Coverage:

✅ Covers peeling of leather within 2 years of purchase.

❌ Does NOT cover buckle damage, as we use imported heavy-duty buckles chosen for their durability.

❌ Does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, color fading or rough handling beyond regular use. 

How to Claim a Warranty Issue:

  • Our team will guide you on the replacement process.


Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the belt:

❌ Shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

❌ Is missing tags, packaging, or beyond the 7-day return window.

❌ Was purchased during a final sale or clearance event (marked as non-refundable).


Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Lost/Damaged in Transit: If your item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos/proof, and we’ll resolve the issue.

  • Defective Products: If the belt arrives with defects, notify us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
