At Lockzy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your belt, here’s how it works:

šŸ”„ Return Policy

  • Returns are completely up to the customer.

  • You may return your belt within 7 days of delivery.

  • The belt must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Contact us via WhatsApp (0329 4558656) or Email (lockzybelts@gmail.com) with your order number to initiate a return.

    šŸ”„ Exchange Policy

    • If the belt has a size issueĀ upon delivery, you can request an exchange.

    • Our rider will deliver the new belt and collect the original one at the same time.

    • The customer must pay:

      • Delivery charges (Rs 400)

      • Full price of the new belt at the time of exchange

    Once we receive the returned belt:

    • Our team will inspect it for damage or signs of use

    • If the belt is unused and undamaged, we will refund the amount of the original belt to your payment method

    🚫 Non-Eligible Exchanges

    We cannot refund if the returned belt:

    • Shows signs of use or damage

    • Is missing original packaging or tags if there was any
